The extra day or two that you mentioned in the video, that the sprouts need, was that to have them sit out where they can see the light of day and maybe make a little chlorophyll?
No, I leave these in total darkness, just want them a little taller. You can totally green yours up if you like. Classic Asian bean sprouts are eaten when the leaves barely develop.
