I’m not 100% sure of any health claims you make but you are 100% correct about the risks of bottled supplements. Whole Foods close to their natural state is the best we can do to get the nutrients we need. Also saffron is delicious and isn’t going to harm people.
Saffron is way too expensive to be wasting it like that. If I’ma use it, I’ma be cookin’ with it

Saffron also improves vision. I use a tincture daily and I can see better than I could before using it.
