My arm found some stinging nettle last weekend, it takes a long time for that sting to go away.
If you have plantain make a spit salve…if your outside and need immediate relief. I once had a little children brush against my stinging nettle and I grab some plantain and excused the spit. Slapped it on and almost instantly his pain stopped.
Nice trick!
You’re the second channel who mentioned the weird watermelons! Our town is one of the watermelon capitals of Texas and they are great. However, with temps ranging from 100-120*f for the hottest summer months, I think they might have been fermenting in the fields. Towards the end of the season those in the store were fizzing and rotting ready to explode. 💥 I may try to grow some in this sugar sand because they obviously love it….nothing else does….I sure don’t.
Mine didn’t fizzle and explode but I got 2 from Trader Joes that were super weird inside and not tasty at all. Fermenting in the hot heat makes sense!
That is an aeroponic system not a hydroponic system just an FYI
Aeroponics is a form of hydroponics so I use both terms. These towers are kinda a hybrid actually. True Aeroponics uses a misting system. The towers are more of a drip NFT hybrid type system.
Hello! First of all, I want to say that I am a recent subscriber and am a huge fan of yours and I love the level of detail in all your videos! I am sorry if you have already answered this question in your other videos but can you please make a video or talk about things we can grow on the tower garden exclusively indoors with their grow light accessory? We live in Michigan and we get good sunlight only for a few months every year so I want to learn how to maintain a constant harvest even in peak winter. I have decided to finally pull the plug on a tower garden and want to start right away. Once again, keep up the great work you are doing and the excellent content you are putting out to the YouTube community. Thank you and I look forward to your reply!
Awesome!! Let me know how I can help. I have some older videos from last winter if you scroll through my channel. All of those videos were filmed inside the garage but I didn’t heat it much so it was limited to mostly cold weather crops. I will be making more content this winter that is better information. I will also have some courses and videos on my app that is coming out hopefully next week. I plan to do a whole series on growing indoors this winter. Here is my affiliate link. Feel free to email me and I can shoot you a list of things to grow inside. There are certain varieties that do better indoors. https://tm65675.towergarden.com/shop
Your vegetable garden is beautiful. Thank you for the tour
Thanks you! I love it so much.
Hey, I am new here and love your garden nice to see the continuous use of the tower garden system. And that you grow outside. I have about 4 used mainly for leafy green and was concerned about other crops, your garden has convinced me diversify. Thanks and keep up the good work…..
Go for it!! I mix it all up all the time. I have an app with tons of free resources coming out soon. Here is my website if you want my free ebook and content. http://www.theaeroponictowerchannel.com
