Wow…picture perfect tomatoes…ruby red, plumb and juicy. Hydroponics are new to me…I need to get that green house built man.
Awesome! I think I had about 50 pounds of Amish paste tomatoes last season from about a dozen plants grown in dirt. Trying Shelby variety paste tomatoes this year and not sure I am going to like them. The plants are way more disorganized and growing helter skelter.
Thanks to seeing your video today, I am going to try roasting mine this year before processing. Maybe even toss in some garlic cloves during roasting too. I won’t have nearly as much as you and use a strainer attachment for a kitchen aid mixer to do the seed and skin removal. I would love to see videos of your roasting and processing. More Katy is always good 🙂
