I live in the UK would you recommend disassembling these towers during winter? It’s windy near me.
These aeroponic towers are strong enough to handle winds up to 100 km/h and are stabilized by the water in the reservoir to help prevent tipping. But if winter gets too wild, you can always move the towers indoors and keep growing with LED lights.

How does this compare to growing naturally in the ground? How are pests managed/repelled? Is this operational in areas that experience freezing temperatures?
