Yes, you can stagger the growth of the plants to harvest them at different times. You can also mix and match crops with varying growth cycles on the same tower, allowing for a staggered harvest as well.
In my counting fennels are 31 instead of 36, brocolis are 16 instead of 18,
Cabbages are 13 instead of 14.
But still, it’s remarkable.
