I’m so sorry 😢
Praying for all of you. Question- with saving own seeds, do we need to worry about cross pollination? And do you grind your own wheat for bread making?
Yes to cross pollination. You have to only grow one species or use netting over flowers and hand pollinate to prevent cross pollination. I do grind my own wheat for bread.

Praying for WNC all who have been impacted!
North Asheville here. Everything you say is true. But what’s not being discussed is how abnormal this storm was. Storms do no impact and devastate, and then skip 500 miles and then devastate again. From one fellow indoor hydro and aero grower and WNC local, none of this make sense.
