Thank you for this video and sharing your personal healing journey! I had a question about healing your eye floaters… do you have a video on YT talking about this? Do you think it was just being raw or a specific food/nutrient that helped get rid of the floaters?
You always amaze me Steph! The way you live might be “simple”, but you put on so much daily work 🖤 Your family is lucky to have you!
I enjoy the process of growing my food, using my free time to grow healthy veggies and herbs for my family.
I am still unconvinced abut the juice plus supplements though! Even if they are associated with TG, there is tapioca syrup, canne sugar and other stuff in the supplements, and dehydrating/powdering the fruits and vegetables can damage many of the beneficial compounds that they contain. I will stick to eating real fruit and vegetables for the moment 😉
As for my health, in addition to my daily green smoothie (to which I add collagen, chia/hemp/flax seeds and spirulina), I started doing cold plunges (amazing for mental health, metabolism and inflammation), sauna (amazing for cardiovascular health and sleep), and I started weight training.
I am working in the medical field, and I can see first hand how bad diet and bad habits create disease. Taking care of our health takes time, and it is SO important! Our materialistic society doesn’t value that however, so it is almost an act of rebellion to think by ourselves, stop wanting more material and start taking care of what is really important.
