I bought a bag of Goya dried peas from the grocery store and gave them a try. Almost 100% grew! I soaked them in a cup for 6 hours, then spread them on my grow tray with some water in the bottom, gave them a spritz of water over the top, covered them and left them overnight. I spritzed them 3 x a day and they grew like weeds. They were far less expensive than the tiny bag of 25 dried peas I got from a microgreens distributor! I even got two cuts off them. They kept growing after I trimmed them down and ate them. Love the pea greens!
