I`m trying watercress for the first time, Mike. I started it from the tiny seeds in clay pebbles in a 3 inch net cup in nutrient solution in a Folgers Instant container under a 10w Sansi full spectrum light and have moved a few sprigs of it to other growers. I got three of those lights for 10 bucks. Their 15w and 24w bulbs were way more expensive. I used the 15w outside this summer under my steel camper roof for some basil and tomatoes because the direct sun was too hot for them. It was over 100 degrees every day..way more usually. I`m gonna use the brighter lights for self pollinating cucumbers in my camper this winter in a bucket with a 6 inch basket lid. Have you ever figured out a way to grow those little round Parisian carrots in water? I`m trying a few in planters in soil.
Sorry no. I only grow a few carrots for their greens.
Please mention sun is bad for hydroponic can damage hole planting.
Thank you Mike.
Very easy. Thanks for sharing. Keep on video taping Mike. 🙂
