Don't yell at me! 😂❤️ I know I still haven't finished cutting back all those tomato tops, but just LOOK at what's happening in the greenhouse!
The sunshine has been wonderful, and my tomatoes are still producing some beautiful clusters. We've got one more farmers market to go, and I'm hoping these plants give me one last big harvest before the season ends. 🍅
But what am I going to do with all those tomatoes that ripen after the market is over? I'd love to hear your ideas!
And before you go, I have to show you my beautiful red jalapeños. 🌶️ If you've never tried cowboy candy, you're missing out! I love it on sandwiches, crackers, and sometimes straight out of the jar. Even the leftover syrup makes a delicious salad dressing.

Now I have a question for you… with our last farmers market coming up, what should I do with all the tomatoes that keep ripening afterward? Salsa, sauce, canning, or something completely different? 🍅❤
And I have to know… have you ever tried cowboy candy made with red jalapeños? 🌶😋

Yes on pickled jalapenos. Pressure can the tomatoes. Make salsa. Even green tomatoes make wonderful salsa. Pressure canning keeps the best. Easy and safe.
