I wonder, why there are no single pest bite on the leaves (or am I missing that), do you guys use pesticides or nets?
We do get pests since we grow outdoors, but we manage them with natural, food-safe controls. In our climate, the main issues are aphids, spider mites, flea beetles, and cabbage worms, and we keep them in check using agricultural soap, Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt), and neem oil. Those three cover virtually all the insects in our area, and because the plants grow quickly and stay off the soil, this drastically reduces the amount of pests.

You soak the rock wall to neutralize the p.H lol ???? In ohio we call that watering lol can you germinate a seed in dry rockwell lol
Soaking the agricultural rock wool does hydrate it, but the main reason is to bring the pH down to the right level for germination. Dry agricultural rock wool has a naturally high pH ranging between 7 to 8 that can stress the seedling roots if not adjusted first. After soaking it, it brings it down to a 5.5, which is the ideal pH for seed germination.
