What variety of garlic do you use? Do you grow it yourself?
Also, good to know about the fire tonic, that’s a lot of awesome ingredients in just one thing. I have a feeling it will be hot, which I can’t tolerate at all but will try just cause I feel its benefits might be awesome.
Also, this may sound like a dumb question, but how do you eat the Calima beans, is this something you need to boil or can I just stir fry on my new griddle? 🙂
