I started several micro greens at once and feeding my chickens these fresh greens, they love them. They must be happier now because they are laying more eggs. I giggled to myself yesterday thinking “I should be eating these”, indirectly I am.
I appreciate your knowledge and experience, growing food through the winter in my bedroom is very satisfying.
