How do you pack the vegetables and where do you sell them
Great question! The post-harvest process varies a lot depending on the crop and the distribution channel. Some crops need washing or cooling, others get packed right away for restaurants or markets. In our farm, we consume what we can and donate the excess crops.

the dosatron has sensors to check the water inside the tank is the right PH and EC correct? Or do you check it manually?
Dosatron’s role is to dose nutrients in parts per million, but it does not monitor EC, TDS, or pH. All of that is pre-regulated by using reverse osmosis, which gives us a baseline EC of 0 and a pH of around 6, so once we add the nutrients, we know exactly what the levels will be at that dosage.

This is the first time I’ve seen plant food in powder form. I usually see it as A and B nutrients. How do you make it like that?
