So how many plants do you have to buy if you keep changing them out? And can you cut the salad greens back and just keep growing them from the same plant and not have to move it or exchange it out for something different? Can’t you make one tower just for salad greens and another for root vegetables and another for peppers, etc with some herbs mixed in for pest control?
