12 Tips on How I Grow the Easiest Microgreens I Have Ever Grown
This Video is from the Youtube channel: “Keep on Growin’ with Mike VanDuzee”.
Tips on how I have been growing microgreens the easy way in my diy grow room that I set up for growing during the Winter. I started using clay pebbles and now I am on to several experiments to see what kinds of microgreens we can grow this way and also on a quest to reduce my plastic usage in hydroponics.
Thanks Mike.
Growing cress is tricky with all the comments I have been reading. What is your experience with cress?
It takes a while but then once it gets hold, it lasts a long time and con be constantly harvested like cut and come again crops.
Thanks Mike!
I appreciate you sharing your experience, Mike. You got me started on hydroponics a few weeks ago, and I have to say I am really enjoying the ride. I’m making a few mistakes but learning what not to do, and having some success. Hopefully I can graduate to peppers and tomatoes by spring.
That’s awesome! Keep on Growin’!
So why did u stop your original method of growing?
Look back at my last video.
Great video Mike. 👍
How you make my heart smile…
Such a great mindset
Something to inspire us… Lord knows we need this more than ever
Thank you 😘
Epic! This proves that where there’s a will, there’s a way. Virtually any container will work as long as you fill it with equal parts solution and air, then add a bit of light. The rest is simply a matter of time and imagination. Cheers from N. FL.! (got up to 80F today after being down in the 20sF for the last couple weeks. Spring may finally be on the way! )
I love the eyeballs!!
Nice touch👍
I learn so much from your channel- thank you for helping me feed myself!
Thank you too!
Thank you, I’m a new subscriber and really enjoying your channel. Can I ask the measurements for the nutrients?

Maybe you could paint the insides of cardboard boxes with wax, or used waxed paper to cover large areas and paint the edges down with melted wax?
That’s a good thought!
I think the soup pots will do ok for the first planting but may get a bit squishy after that.
I’m ok with growing in plastic, but I look forward to your results as always. Cheers!
