Yeah, but the kitchen aid sucks at mixing dough, especially sourdough bread dough.. I’ve burned out three of them making bread dough.

This is only for a Tilt Head Stand Mixer which I have but I also have a Bowl Lift Stand Mixer and that is what I use for bread doughs.
