Looks too large scale to be for personal use.
Arabs in GCC have very big families. This is a private farm I am 💯 sure. They also like to be in control of their food supply. Some have their private farms outside the country in Morocco.

they sell these for personal but it is mostly large scale business. its a bit pricey, but still cool to think about. follow links in their video descriptions.
