Happy Hydroponicing!
great job, great creativity, great man. thanks from Israel
🤔😊👍
graft clips are handy too. id feel like a massive twat using plastic for something that is cheaply and easily available in a wood version though. may as well be 3d printing thread.
3D printed thread you say 🤔
Hey Hooch, might be worth letting people know (in the video description perhaps) to install the Mesh Tools plugin in Cura to separate your models 👍Great vid as always. Looking forward to buying Hooch buckets when they’re back in.
It’s in the instructions on my patreon 😊
@@Hoocho well I’ll be damned 😂 I must have had a man look!
Great work man. Its so good to see this take off like it has
Heyy Hoocho ! I’ve been planning a small hydroponic buisness these last months and i’ve devoured your videos ! I was working on it when i saw the notification for this video :p
I dont know anything about 3D printing, how much does one bucket would cost to print ? What’s the price of a printer fited to the task ? Thanks a lot for your work, looking forward to explore new ways of growing plants 😀
Nice 1 Mr Hoocho. Keep on printing !
That’s the most fun for me in 3D printing. I might not need a whole lot of prints, but solving an existing issue is always nice. The injection molding for the buckets is vastly superior to 3D printing though, especially if you want something to last “forever”. So going that route for your system was absolutely the right thing to do. Layer adhesion just isn’t perfect. But absolutely “good enough”.
If someone in the community wants something done, I have an email in my channel profile. Will obviously be free of charge, but be reasonable. Not looking for another 40 hour work week or anything. Just want to help out, if you’re not that good at modeling but need a little thing done that is not already available. Offer obviously extends to Hoocho himself as well, but I doubt that he’ll need any help.
Will these STLs ever be sold on Cults or Printables?
I am in development of a digital sales platform through Hydroland.
Is there a reason you don’t want to use patreon? Just curious.
@@HoochoI dont trust subscription services in general. And you are propably missing out on a lot of potential buyers for the STLs by not offering them on the most popular platforms too.
Any idea on how to manage a very tall tomato plant? Currently i cant find another grow light so im currently having issues of having to bend down the entire thing so it can be under the grow light with my other plants. It kind of look like a Japanese bonsai tree lmao
IT’S BIG DOG!! Mr hoochie woochie! Mr C. E. O!! He’s done it again! nice video
Always a pleasure 🤣😂
Germany is about to legalize cannabis. (Last legal barrier this Friday) Hence 3 plants are allowed to grow in a tent. I would be interested in using your buckets in a slightly modified version, so dat a) Kratky is possible and the buckets’ water is conneted with a ‘click system’. Would you be willing to work on such a version?
Weird fun fact in the us is that led pencils are actually made of graphite, led poisoning scared alot of parents back in the day and the us pivoted to graphite, im not sure if this applies to Australia as well
I’m so excited.

Uh, there’s little to no waste doing the old school filament change. You have white as your main layer, and when when you do a filament swap, there’s a pause command. You don’t even need an AMS to do this as people have been doing this years before the AMS / MMU even hit the scene. The only waste is a minor purge when swapping filament.
