Where is this farm you are filming out of? Looks like it is outdoors but also seems like you have a retractable cover/shade for temperature control?
Great observation! This farm is located in a Mediterranean climate with all four seasons. It’s fully outdoors, but we sometimes use temporary shading to help protect certain crops during peak sun hours or warmer days.
