Aeroponics allows you to create a and maintain a constant mist environment which keeps the roots in a narrow range of dampness, allowing them to feed and breathe at the same time. If the roots are too wet or too dry at any time, growth will be slowed. Most “aeroponic” systems are unable to provide a level of control that can achieve the correct mist environment.
