What do you cook with leeks? I only cook with them when I make potato and leek soup in winter. 🇦🇺🦘
I add them to wild rice with celery from the towers. I use them in soups, frittatas, as a topping for tacos, in salads…… Tonight I made “un tuna” salad with chick peas and added them raw. They are amazing raw.
