For the energy conundrum, I feel that recent innovations and creativity could solve the issues.
Fusion seems to be finally closer than 10 years in the future for once, and fission seems to be seen better these days. Also, coupling a vertical farm with a solar farm, plus a hydroelectric energy storage mechanism, could be viable.
Yes eventually when we can produce cheap energy at scale the viability will increase. However areas where the ideal conditions for growing exist outside it will be difficult to make vertical farms work. What’s your thoughts on the range of produce they can produce will that increase in your opinion?
