You can use your 5-in-1 pH/TDS meter to measure the pH of your garden soil!

Here's how:
• Take a sample of the garden soil in three different locations. To do this, Use a clean spoon to add a tablespoon of soil from each location to a clean glass container.
• Add enough DISTILLED water to each sample to create a muddy "slurry."
• Using your meter in "pH" mode, measure the pH of each sample.
*Tip: For greater accuracy, rinse the meter between samplings
• Jot down the three results.
• To get the average, add the three numbers, then divide by three (the number of samples).
• That's your average soil pH!
Now you can amend the soil with accuracy and retest it periodically.
