I just got done picking spinach out of my hydroponic greenhouse and I want to preserve some of it by freezing it. I like to freeze it, so I can use it later for cooking. There are two different ways to go about freezing spinach. This spinach will be great for cooking and will last a long time, with the help of the vacuum sealer.
