It’s got a couple of features that make me think this is an APAC Industries garage jack, but I can’t locate a model that matches perfectly.
Edit: yep, the ratcheting mechanism looks like it matches when I look at some zoomed images of the “APAC Heavy Duty Car and Truck Jack” (check gumtree)
