This Pruning Hack Saved My Pepper Harvest #farming #tips

This Video is from the Youtube channel:Homegrown Passion”.

I hope I didn't make a big mistake by pruning pepper plants so aggressively. My pepper plants weren't producing, so I decided on significant pepper plant pruning, cutting them back to the main stems to encourage new growth.

This video shares my experience with topping pepper plants and offers practical gardening tips for anyone looking to optimize their growing peppers. We'll see if this homestead experiment pays off!

Would you cut them back… or pull them out? 🌶️👇
I’ll update you on what happens next.

I don’t really think doing that will change it more of a nutrient problem rather than a pruning problem

    • @HomegrownPassion says:

You might be right but the nutrients have not changed and I noticed that if I didn’t thin out the number of peppers in the plant I got tons of small ones. In the spring last year I was keeping them thinned out and getting huge peppers. Maybe light also playing a part. We will see. They are pushing out lots of new growth.
