Today I’m harvesting White Bok Choy (Win Win variety) grown hydroponically and headed straight to our food shed delivery. Clean, tender, and grown using the same system I talked about in Sunday’s video. Harvest days are my favorite—now I just get to enjoy the results.

@345farmyou will have to try some Asian greens easier to grow ten lettuce.

Is that like three plants grown together in the same opening?
Yes I will seed 2-3 in each cube. Then at harvest each hole has a nice bunch of bok choy for the customer. I have tried more than 3 seeds it doesn’t turn out as nice.

I have done purple bok choy and you’re right it’s beautiful. I took it to my farm market and people were not that interested only want the white bok choy. People get comfortable and don’t want to try new. Thanks for watching. 😊❤
