We cover crop our garden in the fall with the deer plot seeds, does amazing. ($10 large can) will last his plot and 2 of our gardens more than a year. I let the chickens out to go eat it a couple hours a day. The frost got it, but they are still going there to eat everyday. Ok the rabbit isnt out, but i go get it some. Lol

It could be red spectrum. I grow tomatoes in my house but needs red light. Got it on Amazon.
