That is a generic picture of a kit. I change things up depending on what the audience asks for at the time. You can go to your purchase and click "video receipt" to see what I was holding up for auction at that time. I put a lot of extra microgreen growers in that kit in place of the clay pebbles because you do not need clay pebbles for that.

Your videos motivated me, and this is the first winter that I have had no nutritional problems because of lack of fresh food since I’ve been living out here in rural Texas as a senior on only my Social Security. Every winter the pain is unbearable and I’ll end up on a cane going outside in the cold to feed the chickens & making myself look weak to the neighbors who are scary. I felt like I had arthritis all over my body and the only thing the doctors do is prescribe medication that makes it worse and gives you dementia. They love that disease so much because they get you in that nursing home forever & ever amen$$$. Don’t let it happen to you. Listen to this man he knows what he’s talking about. And now, if he would just do a whole video, targeted only to Social Security seniors in rural areas living in food deserts who cannot get a fresh food to save their lives all winter long until their garden produces something for them. We need cheaper seeds in volume. Seniors need a sack of winter sprouts and a sack of summer sprouts where they don’t have to think about the rest. You can’t go wrong with Austrian winter peas though. And yes I’ve got another one of your videos saved to try that pea that you were telling us about. I just haven’t had the money to do it. But Austrian winter peas were super cheap and I got like 5 lbs of those. I think seniors also need to know that your best bang for your nutritional buck and the best way to stay up on all of your vitamins and minerals in your body is baby greens not sprouts. Sprouts are extremely healthy and they’re extremely easy for seniors indoors and that is great if that’s all you can do but if you can make baby greens, especially outside in your front flower bed after the flowers go out so you just step out the front door and pick your little bowl of greens every day… I guarantee that fiber and the feeling of eating a salad in the winter where you can put extra stuff that you can get from Amazon or from the dollar store in there to make it a salad with croutons and olives and cheese cubes and all of that. That is raising our quality of life, our gut health, our nutrition and it lowers our healthcare care bills, and our pain levels and our food boredom. It’s the perfect thing… Baby greens. I watched a whole video that you did about baby greens a while back and it’s in my Homestead playlist. And that’s what motivated me to do this last fall and this is the first year. I’ve never had to use a cane. I did my yoga without missing any time because of arthritis and winter storms coming in making me feel bad. And it finally made me realize all of it was bad nutrition. I was eating the food the doctor said to. I was following all the guidance from all the latest nutrition findings and studies. I was buying a a lot of supplements and taking them faithfully and wasting my money. My supplements are now cut down to about 1/5 of what they used to be. I skip days a lot now because I really don’t need more magnesium if I’m getting to sleep well. And if I’m getting outside in the sunshine for a little bit, plus I’m eating my bowl of greens. I don’t need 10,000 units of vitamin D. And for the first time everything just clicked and it’s because of your motivation and your information that you’ve provided to me. So I owe you a little bit more than just a thank you for that. And I think if you do a video that targets the seniors and give them some kind of resource for the cheapest seeds possible that you will make a nice amount of money as a thank you from all of the people who are really hungering for this knowledge. Yes that was a bad pun. Thanks again, dude you really saved my life and I’m not kidding. ❤

I agree with you! Yes! And, Mike, more explanation of how farming seed may differ from sprouting/micro green seeds. Can we get farming seeds cheaper and are they safe for sprouting and/or micro greens? For example some nitrogen fixing seeds are dusted with special micro organisms to help growth. Are these safe for sprouts or micro green consumption?? If not, can we do something to make them safe?? I’d also like to know how long these seeds (farming seeds, sprouting and micro green seeds) might last if I buy in a 25lb bucket! Am I doing myself a disservice buy buying in bulk? Can I compensate by repackaging?

Cutting costs while trying to remain healthy is a real.issue for seniors on A fixed income! And, if I’m.understanding correctly, about to become a critical.issue real soon!

Eat it or juice it after harvest right away.

Thank you Mike for this video. I needed the tips about the water levels. Living in Colorao it’s super dry and I was constantly spritzing and adding water and they still dried up. Now I know how much water I need to start with. I just received my shipment of growers and rings from my latest WhatNot order. The rings will really help me not to toss the seeds around when I’m trying to add more water if I need to. Thanks for making them. I’ve been having fun trying every type of adapter and every type of seed, and of course eating my harvests in salads, omelets and protein shakes, so far. Thanks for all you do.
