Hey John. ….if you used some fuel barrier on the sensor and cord for protection, could these misters have a prolonged life in……lets say, submerged in gasoline? Let me know.
hi, I think you already e-mailed me and I got back to you, but I wanted to answer it here as well. The anti-corrosion protection that I sell can be applied to the cord also. Just let me know when you order it. I am familiar with using these for gasoline. A lot of people do. You will be just fine, and if done right, have great results!
Finaltouchone1 what is the application?
Hot or cold water for the best results? And will it help if I ad a drop of mist maker fluid?
Hot makes more fog, but heat kills electronics. Check out this video for more info. How mist makers react in different water temperatures
+Trumble Research True!
When will the 9 head FOGGER be for Sale on your Website?

That is amazing!!!!
0:40 the mist doesnt go higher. thats why she blew into it to give the impression it does.
Fog is heavier than air, so it’ll always lay low. If you are cloning, you can use the water level to help control where the fog sits.
Thanks!
john
Did I miss something? Did she mention at some point that their foggers can break the laws of physics? Could you kindly point me in the direction of another fogger than can make clouds of fog that float in the sky like clouds? Of course the fog settles towards the bottom, that’s what fog does. If you want the fog to go higher then use a fan or put the fogger higher. This is not a smoke machine meant to blow fog across a stage and up into the rafters, it’s a fogger used to create dense moist air around plants/mushrooms/roots. “Dude!!! DUUUUUUDEE!!!! That chick just blew on that fog to make all the idiots watching this video think that her machine makes fog fly when really it doesn’t! Dude!!! DUUUUUUDEE!!!! Sign into your youtube account and let me school these folks before the government buys these and we have FOG-GATE on our hands!”
Hi can i buy it ?
I like your button mushrooms, gel 😉
I am looking to buy one of your fogger for my mushrooms cultivation. Do you sell timers that can turn on every hour for a limited amount of time continuously? If not, is there any you would suggest? Thanks.
Matteo Legnaro hi, search on Amazon. They have a ton of timers available. On our website we sell humidistats that will keep the humidity at your predetermined percentage. If there’s anything else I can help you with just let me know!
How to buy this machine?
How to buy like this hydrosonic fogger mist maker?im interested.
Can i get this in india .replay me .?
Hi, yes, we ship worldwide. Check our website store in the 230 volt section. Shipping is included in the price.
Hi John,
I would like to buy your 9 disc system, to grow some plants. Can your system be programmed to be turned on and off automatically without having to do it manually?
Thanks in advance!
Hi, yes we have a humidistat available on our website that will hold whatever parameters you enter into it. We also have waterproof fans available as well. Check out thehouseofhydro.com everything is available there. Thanks so much for your business!
so these discs are coated with teflon?
are there any that are just ceramic without the TOXIC teflon coating?
i mean besides brass
Hi, this is such an old video of ours. There is actually no Teflon in the disc at all anymore. It is strictly ceramic and a glass glazing.
Now that’s marketing…
What is the maximun effective range for increasing humidity?
A nine disc would be suited for a larger room upwards of 10×20 for mushroom growing with humidity levels in the 90’s, but good handle a larger room if you were only looking to try to hit 65%.
Here’s some info I give all my humidity customers… This should give you most of what you need to figure out what size you want.
Choosing the right size Mist Maker depends on a few different things. Ambient humidity, target humidity, air exchange, and the type of material your room is constructed of all plays a part.
A lower ambient humidity will increase the need for more discs, as well as a higher target humidity. The amount of air exchange you have will play the biggest part in deciding which size you need. If you are constantly bringing in new air, you have to work much harder to bring up the humidity. Rooms constructed of concrete tend to absorb moisture for quite some time before leveling out. This can increase your need for a bigger Mist Maker as well.
With low air exchange, a smaller unit can be used. It may take longer to reach your target humidity level, but as long as drier air not being constantly introduced to the room, a smaller unit will suffice.
With that said, I typically recommend a larger unit such as a 6 to 12 disc Mist Maker for larger rooms, Shipping containers, and greenhouses. It is better to have a capable unit that runs much less, than an inadequate unit that has to run 24/7. Mist Maker’s heat the water that they are operating in, and heat can damage electronics. Very long run times in small reservoirs can push the max operating water temperature of 105°F.
There are different options for controlling the output/ levels of humidity in the room. To make a fully automated humidifier you will need the mist maker kit, a 27 gallon Tuff Tote like in our video here (the more water the better), our 120mm fan (fully encapsulated waterproof fan kit) or our Basic waterproof fan (Still a great choice) , a humidistat (to automatically turn the machine on/off when humidity is needed) , and our float valve (to keep the water level full with an outside water source).
For humidification purposes, it is recommended that you use our 120 mm, fully encased, waterproof fan in order to efficiently push the fog out into the room. Our smaller 80 mm fan is geared towards small applications.
Thank you
great product what water temp are you using?
Just room temperature. If you are in a colder climate though, you can use an aquarium heater to help stabilize water temperature
