    Steffanie, thank you for this video! I’ve been sprouting consistently for a few years and was super excited to see your method. A couple questions…
    1) Do you rotate the trays in a particular order, like the newest on the bottom?
    2) If you want to green up the most mature tray, do you just leave it on the top of the stack with the lid off for a few hours?
    3) Do you find that any sprouts tear apart when removing them from the tray, or do they all come out mostly intact? It sounds like the root systems may be a little stronger than jar sprouted.

      I put the heartiest sprouts toward the bottom, like lentils, but it doesn’t matter all that much because they are just dripping a little water. To green them up I usually put that tray on the 2nd drop pan and leave the others stacked on the first covered. That is why I think two trays are needed to interchange.

      They don’t tear apart. Unless you don’t seed them heavy enough. They can get a little spindly if there aren’t enough. They are “meatier” than jar sprouts.
