i sure do miss SW Colorado

    thank you

  • @renebernays5774 says:

as a Colorado chick, I’d say Colorado’s Western Slope is the perfect region

specifically The Grand Valley famous for beautiful vinyards, Palisade Peaches and Olathe Sweet Corn

  • @3dogsandapaw934 says:

When are you going to do Wyoming

  • @Tronic_ says:

Thanks for making this, would love to here your opinion on Utah, hopefully get that on your channel someday..

  • @Adam_B says:

Colorado’s Western Slope is also pretty good for homesteading

    • @kellstat says:

I think that’s what he was mostly saying and looking at, at least sw.

    • @mrmines2000 says:

No, it’s not. It’s crowded. The laws are trending against rural living. No one should consider Colorado for any agriculture for commercial or homesteading purposes

    • @kellstat says:

@@mrmines2000 I concur! Bad area, for numerous reasons.

  • @soothsayersentinel7777 says:

I live in Denver and can’t wait to get out of here. Lived here all my life and it turned into such a cesspool, looking for land in the four corners area

    • @timothyortega5608 says:

Bought a property just outside of Cortez Colorado I moved out here 3 years ago the problem is there is a lack of housing it is hard to get established but I moved from Salt Lake City and I don’t miss it one bit! I heard that Denver sucks.😮

  • @KILLKING110 says:

some big issues here in Colorado it’s becoming absurdly expensive to live in and there are laws that make it to where you can only collect 110 gallons of rainwater before you have to beg for government/rich permission to collect and store more than that

  • @jdsunshinefarms119 says:

Real estate prices will choke out out before you get started.

  • @sentienthamster says:

Way off the mark. Those are all super expensive tourist/second home locations The San Luis Valley, South Park and the western slope are all move affordable and have a climate way more suited to crop production than any of the ski areas that litter that corner of the map. Beautiful area no doubt, but there are much, much better in this context.

    • @gabehanratty4783 says:

There’s really no farming in South Park it’s 10,000 ft above sea level and you have two months of frost-free weather. Good luck

    • @mrmines2000 says:

Yeah, and good luck getting any labor if you need a well drilled or help building home in South Park. The rest of these locations have been expensive AF since 2020 @gabehanratty4783

  • @masterfubar23 says:

    Isn’t Colorado a sacrificial state?

  • @gabehanratty4783 says:

Colorado is a good place to be from!

  • @thunderrollsmedia says:

SE Colorado is ok. Not much precipitation. BUT WE NEEDHOMESTEADERS, to regenerate the land.

  • @Johnsrides says:

Thank you Curtis. What are your thoughts about Indiana?

  • @mrmines2000 says:

Colorado sucks. No one should be there.

  • @kristenm.8540 says:

What does CFB stand for? You’re pointing at my ranch here Curtis

  • @kristenm.8540 says:

    @JonLevi

  • @AquaRover says:

Please pretty please do videos on WI and MN.

  • @natejosich says:

So glad to see you cover Colorado, I’m Colorado native and love it here, SW Colorado is amazing

  • @gideonporter537 says:

Longtime NZ fan Curtis…genuine question…what do you mean by woke? I think I’d listen to you where I tend to just shut out the MAGA crowd….so keen to get your take on it plse.

  • @gardeninggalagain says:

@offgridcurtisstone Any chance you have authorized another YT channel to duplicate your work? Does he help by providing the research for you, and you have a collaboration? I’m trying to figure out what looks like blatant plagiarism.
