Small Scale Cattle Farm Tour | Raising Beef on ONE Acre

This Video is from the Youtube channel:Homegrown Passion”.

This is a tour of our small scale cattle farm and I show how we raise our beef steers on only 1 acre. I show the pasture layout, how we did our fence, inside their barn area, what the get for feed, the steers we picked out and how I take care of them every day. At the end theirs a couple little updates. The bok choy and lettuce went into the Desktop NFT System for round two. Hope you like this one, and let me know what you think.

Just takes ppl who are passionate about it and or having or supplying truly organic ingredients to others💯. If I’m passionate about something I’d do things that some people think are dumb or pointless

    • Homegrown Passion says:

Thank you! Does your lettuce get leggy at all? I discussed with Katy, and we thing I should try a leaf lettuce next instead of a head. Hope you have a nice day too!

    • denhaag holland says:

Hi Devon! Thanx for such nice videos, its incredible. In my country there is no such a thing, and for somebody who’s interested in hydroponic growing as a new way of cultivation your videos helps me a lot to get familiar with it. Keeping up with good videos, warm greetings from Serbia!

    • Homegrown Passion says:

That’s great! Hydroponics are a very convenient way to provide fresh and local produce all year. Many people around here weren’t familiar with it, but the customers at the farm market love how clean and fresh it is.

    • In My Opinion says:

@Homegrown Passion Alot of good things grow hydroponically

  • Erin Magoc says:

Keep it up girl! I love seeing your cattle <3

  • AeonStar says:

Great video, those bulbs are prolly not even giving half the lumens you need for lettuce, why it’s so leggy. You could tray mixing color on that setup and switching one of the bulbs to a red flowering bulb but I’m not sure that would work very well either. Lettuce grows better with the red or purple spectrum, it’s a cool weather plant.

  • Crow Magnum says:

Thanks for the video. My wife and I are working buying a little land and raising some beef cattle soon. This kind of content is so helpful.

  • Lloyd Coleman says:

I love your set-up. It’s basic, low budget and very doable. Thank you for sharing

  • John Deneen says:

Love it! We go vertical on our fruits and vegetables. Now we’re doing the same w our hogs and cattle. Outstanding job!

  • Adam Russell says:

get a small fan that shakes the leggy ones ,helps strengthen them so there not leggy, and bury them deeper, if you want to save them

  • Ramzios Ramzios says:
