I LOVE your recommendation for easy+1. So sensible! I realized this week that canning has become that way for me. The first time I canned applesauce ~8 years ago now, I was so overwhelmed. I had no one to teach me and everything felt scary and hard (and it took ALL DAY to do 8-10 quarts.) This season, we’ve done pickles, spaghetti sauce, pears, pearple sauce, jam, cider, salsa … I’m basically as comfortable canning now as I am fixing dinner for my family. (We processed a large bin of pears with zero notice when my husband got home from work a few nights ago and were wrapped up with 9 quarts in a couple hours.) I’m REALLY intrigued by your towers, and am *planning* to get one for our family come spring. ☺️ We have a regular garden, but I’m honestly not a great gardener (my kids do better than me!!!) and I’m hoping something like this will work a bit better for me.
