What if you didn’t have to worry about running to the store to buy fresh produce? What if you didn’t have to worry about pesticides and herbicides on your produce? What if you could grow some of your own food in any space?
There is a way friends!
It just takes a shift in priorities.
This recipe is a weekly go-to for me. It’s a powerful diuretic, that helps to fight inflammation, is packed full of more minerals and nutrients, than we can even comprehend, and tastes so satisfying and filling.

1/3 cup olive oil
4 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 cup wheat bulgur
2 bunches of parsley, kale, or a mixture of dark leafy greens
1/2 cup fennel leaves or peppermint leaves
1/2 cup greens onions
1 medium-sized fresh diced tomato or 8-10 dehydrated
tomatoes
Salt to taste
Instructions:
Prepare the Wheat Bulgur and Dressing
Place the wheat bulgur in a bowl and cover it with the
Olive Oil and Lemon Juice..

for a few minutes.

3.
Prepare the Greens
Wash and finely chop the parsley, kale, or dark leafy
greens of your choice.
