Unfortunately fires have ruined a lot of things now. And yes i cant afford to stay if i sell because i cant afford anything here!
Oregon income tax, no sales tax. Washington sales tax, no income tax.
Washington has outlawed America’s favorite rife and has an operation to liquify your body and fertilize the crops with it. I’m putting up with income tax for now.
Washington has a high sales tax, but no state income tax
Unfortunately, the price set for property and homes is outrageous in the north part of Idaho! And all the ‘small towns’ are growing with apartment complexes. It is truly sad what has happened the beautiful part of the state.
$200,000 for 0.38 acres in the mountains. 😅
What is a lake effect?
Extra precipitation essentially.
Homesteading in Idaho currently. I know we didn’t get a great spot, but making the most of it! Been waiting to see what you’d say about us haha
My homeland.
Would love to move back.
Spokane is far from a liberal city
WA has state sales tax,but no state income tax.
You have to compare mountain states to mountain states (elk states to elk states) Idaho is not in any way comparable to Missouri.
You can see this as a positive or negative but Owen Benjamin would be within earshot of you if you homestead there
I am interested in Montana, specifically north of Missoula to Canada
I just moved from Kalispell. It is beautiful, but has been destroyed by thousands of people moving into the area. Housing prices are through the roof. Look in the Libby area. It’s cheaper, but , lots of meth heada.
20 years ago I was thinking of moving to Kalispell, because it was like the Missoula I knew growing up but it’s been destroyed too. Just hard finding a spot that I can sustain myself and family without the insanity of wannabe city life.
@@LakeMissoulaAquaticsandPlants , I lived in Kalispell for 15 years. When I moved there, I fell in love with it not. But slowly I watched it being destroyed. It’s so sad.
I appreciate your analysis of all the areas. I’ve been looking for MN or WI, western side. Have I missed them or are they yet to come?
Idaho is a true gem, but real estate crap ruined that states potential. TBH race and politics is big factors for me at this point, and Idaho/Montana shine in that area. Not a racism thing, just a reality of crime and culture kind of thing.
Oregon is the one that does not have sales tax. I would assume they’re going from Vancouver Washington to Portland, Oregon.
Please do New Brunswick 🙂
Nope, North Idaho is too full and expensive.
What about idaho and them about to mine lithium. I saw a video on how much land it is. Farmers getting shafted because of the water curtailment for the lithium mining.. also they are talking about other areas of the usa where they are going to be putting up more grid reinforcements for powering the usa and I’m talking huge amounts of land. Many miles wide by many many many many miles long. Taking farmers and normal folks lives. Just like they will doo all over idaho thru eminent domain. Just a con to take your land in my opinion.. water curtailment..
How’s Boston Bar, Nahatlatch area?
Waited for this one a long time. And you released it on my birthday!
Since i cant afford to buy a house in North Idaho my wife and I are planning on living in a RV near CDA. Can someone recommend a good RV spot for families in that region?
