    Perfect timing, thank you! 😍

  • @brianhvactech says:

Keep up the great work. Hope all is well with you.

  • @megaflux7144 says:

never thought of the seedling stage as anything that needed to be improved upon.. seems like youd lose a lot of moisture through evaporation too.

  • @reinux says:

Holy crap perfect timing. I was just about to start printing a shrunken one. Thanks!

  • @jeremym4104 says:

3×2 great idea and size! Practical if growing multiple plant varieties

  • @darkxarchon says:

i’ve printed 8 sets of your full sized trays, they have served me very well in my attempts to start a garden. Thank you!

  • @aeynosarturii8053 says:

I printed the larger version and it is by far the best propagation try I have ever used.

  • @corwinwhitehorn7759 says:

I do like the addition of the slot for the wicking mat

  • @vegasfreeballer6604 says:

Love everytime i see your videos mate! Keep up the good work brother!

  • @reinux says:

Small hint for printing the lid: do the bottom layers extremely slow, nozzle 10-15c hotter than normal, and with higher flow. With good, dry filament, you can get it to be pretty close to transparent. Just keep an eye on it so it doesn’t get scorched. CNC Kitchen has a good video on the topic.

  • @giorgiomanieri says:

Will the coco block dissolve if placed directly in the hydroponic tower without a pot? I have the same system and after a few days it falls apart with the water.

  • @N1ghtR1der666 says:

Hey hoocho luv ya work man, but speaking as someone who has purchased your patreon access several times already I would like to say you should probably release some of your models for free occasionally, obviously noone wants to work for free but your channel is basically just an ad for your patron at this point, this smaller printable by everyone seed starter would be a great option wink wink

    • @Hoocho says:

@@N1ghtR1der666 I don’t see the Patreon as something you “purchase”
I’m making these prints for people supporting the channel through their membership.

I see it as providing value to my loyal patreons.
      Not advertising to new patrons.
Though both things may be true.

    • @urbanfarmacademy says:

I still can’t join the patreon. Kindly is it not available for Nigerian subscriber ?

  • @faltonito says:

    Amazing, Hoocho!

  • @sharanthalanki7653 says:

Won’t the coco get washed off in the tower? It’ll block off and damage the pumps.

  • @evansflockfamily2001 says:

Hey Hoocho nice work mate, How would you go adapting an auto pot smart valve to this design.

  • @davidthomas1375 says:

I scaled the large seedling tray by 80%. To fit on my printer. Great success!

  • @SirChickon says:

Hey, just wanna say thanks, always looking forward to a new video and new designs you share with us. 10/10 would support again on patreon, greetings from europe :)!

  • @fishyerik says:

Seems like a very good design. I think wick watering is very underappreciated, except in commercial applications where it is very common.

Maybe consider adding extension frames to rise the lids of such propagation domes. While not absolutely necessary, I think that could be a relevant improvement. To me, 3d-printing is most meaningful for things/parts of systems that you aren’t cheap, readily available and also perfectly fine for the task.

  • @KeepitPositive-qe6qi says:

Very nice design Hoocho 😊 Maybe in V2 you could reduce the bottom tray height slightly. The top tray would have a bit more support and it may even be ok for the clear lid of cheap greenhouse to close? Nah, probably won’t get enough plus will reduce the sump…
