Fascinating! Iβve been wanting to do this for years. Thank you for your clear instructions! π
I’m so glad it was helpful! Worm composting is the best.
ATTENTION STEPH!!!!
I just heard our new President will be coming to that area this Friday! I do wish somehow you could get a video with him.
You are doing an amazing job! This would be once in a lifetime chance πβ€
I’m an hr away but i still think some family members are going to try come- i mean it will be roped off & security so high so it’s a needle in the haystack chance for them to get there to meet or see him. Prayers answered!!π
Have been wanting to do this. Thanks for instructions
Thanks for sharing! Happy growingπ€π¨π¦π²
Steph when I take a walk around my yard. I’m still hugging my trees π
I have a question.
We put some sweet potatoes in some dirt. And they are growing the leafy greens.
We cut them off and put them in water. And we don’t know what to do with them now, because they have roots.
How can we save those slips? Do you have a suggestion until we can plan them outdoors? We are in Michigan.
They will just continue growing in the water so don’t fret because you cannot plant them outside until after you are clear of frosts, you will probably need to just pinch the vine back and separate the roots, like combing them somewhat as much as possible, I grow mine in a 10 gallon grow bag because they are so much easier to deal with because they vine all over the place so just keep them trimmed, because if they take root to the ground they will grow sweet potatoes from that root also.

Much appreciated thank you Steff!

@Stephanie thank you SO much for being a respectful, caring and a kind person. I truly appreciate you. We are all so sick of scams and people out to get others in a normal world much less during or after disasters. Thank you for warning against those people when I dmβed you and in general just being an upstanding, helpful and teacher of a tough woman. β€
Would you suggest adding coffee grounds and filters and tea grounds and bags? How about crushed egg shells? πͺ±π πͺ±π₯πͺ±πΆπͺ±ππͺ±π₯¬πͺ±π₯
Have often wondered how it worked, do they need to stay in a warm room, I see you have the bucket on a duct vent.
