Do they taste good in salads? Or is it better to cook mung bean sprouts? I have never had them, that I know of.
I prefer mine cooked.
Where do you get cheap mung beans? Grocery store?
Look in Asian markets, I used to get them dirt cheap. I order on Amazon now. Got a bag for $13 and made 10 of these trays. That’s still $1.30 a tray. A container at the store runs me about $4.
