    something!!

  • @michellecastro2475 says:

Love this. I have an aerogarden. I’ve grown cilantro, basil tons, hot peppers, great to start, still trying to figure out the transplant to dirt process.

    • @ohtheplacesyoullgrow says:

Iā€™ve alwyas wanted to try the aero garden!

    • @donnaleesoucy says:

I have an Aero garden. Iā€™ve found itā€™s easiest to transplant when younger. Smaller roots, at least 2 sets of true leaves. Then I keep the soil pretty moist and next to the AeroGardenā€™s light until they get a few more leaves then I start putting them outside.

I just keep them in the AeroGarden when itā€™s cold out.

    • @michellecastro2475 says:

@@ohtheplacesyoullgrow I love to look at it. It’s an experiment. And I love it. My daughter loves basil so it makes it so easy to multiply. She will just pick it off and eat it like it was a piece of candy.

    • @alteria2714 says:

I have one too! Only issue I have is when algae gets stuck in the area the water is pumped through… Hard to open but I got it eventually, since I need to clean it after lettuce, but one part is still covered in algae šŸ˜¤šŸ˜¤

    • @michellecastro2475 says:

@@alteria2714 agree. Once algae is there I haven’t figured out how to get rid of it. I’ve already sanitized with bleach. I might try next round the vinegar.

VIDEO SUGGESTION: For your channel, _please_ create a short explaining why we plant parents should NEVER use bamboo or wooden stakes as our plant support rods. They can carry & transfer pests, _long before_ we even know that there’s a massive problem brewing!! Thanks šŸ’•
EDIT: You ever not _really_ think about something? But when somebody else points out how weird it is you clue in?? Yeah, 3 whole _YEARS!_ Not EVER until you posted _THIS_ video, had I ever thought that growing lettuce & jalapeno peppers in my bedroom was weird strange or even odd! šŸ¤£šŸ¤£šŸ¤£šŸ¤£šŸ¤£ Que the music, “It’s me, “hi” I’m the problem, it’s me! šŸ¤£šŸ¤£šŸ¤£

Hahah it was originally for my kidsā€™ stuff but it ends up being used more for plants

  • @manjuk1708 says:

I don’t have a garden either. But spinach, basil herbs lettuce will grow in regular pot with regular soil mix.

  • @Tulpacio says:

I tried this few weeks ago and now i have 17 basil plants growing in my bedroom šŸ˜…

    • @ohtheplacesyoullgrow says:

HAHAHAHA Iā€™m slowly realizing a lot more people grow stuff in their bedrooms than I thought šŸ˜

@@ohtheplacesyoullgrow my whole grow area is in my roomšŸ¤£ itā€™s pretty and takes up my whole desk and all wall shelves but itā€™s worth it

Those back to roots products are šŸ”„ if I could show you pictures of my 3 month old hydroponic cherry šŸ… I would, it’s in šŸ˜®šŸ˜®full harvest mode and so šŸ¤¤ Their soil is awesome and affordable too, and they even have a succulent blend. I wish I was getting paid for this. Lol! Prepare yourself to be addicted to aerogarden and all the knock offs like the one in your video. I have 4 units in a studio apartment šŸ¤¦ā€ā™€ļø currently growing lemon tree, kumquat, carnivorous plants, and cherry šŸ… as mentioned. I recommend getting those little fake silk mesh-like gift bags and put mosquito dunks in them. They will keep the fungus gnats away, just put in a new bag once a month with each water change. You can use mosquito bits, but they only last about a week. Have fun growing!!! šŸ˜Š

Part 2 better have the results of your label guessing accuracy cause now Iā€™m invested

  • @SereneStudio says:

    I love it !

  • @candylide says:

Enjoy the garden! Basil is very easy to grow imo, and the others will just be a matter of trial and error
    Good luck!
