Very interesting videos! Thank you for your creativity and dedication! 💖😘
that’s why all banks are there
When I hear Delaware – I think Biden 🤥
Have you got to Louisiana yet? Our 1 acre homestead with a 3bd craftsman and a barn only costs us $150/yr in prop tax.
We are surrounded by miles upon miles of forest that run heavy with deer and wild pig, yet those woods have many rivers and lakes within them that are thick with fish. Good livin’ down our way!
Curtis love the channel! How about Best Virginia. Ooops that was an accident. I mean West Virginia. 😊 I think you would love this state. It has cheap real estate and endless mountains and water features. Plus a small population and the largest city is only 50 to 60 thousand people. Also the people aren’t woke.
Lots of corn and chicken. So tons of glysophate in the system. Super high water table No basements. So corn grown easy. And then they put tons of chicken barns. Lots of customers. In the retirees. Awesome nice and mellow beach towns.
But tons of glysophate
Nice people. Low population.
Look at the most southern county just west of Bethany beach . There are hidden properties. Not too expensive
Dont do it, I lived in DE for most of my life. Horrible politics, horrible cost to own property worth homesteading on compared to neighbors, and getting overpopulated quickly in key areas.
If you want 5+ acres you’re better off looking elsewhere or you’re going to spend near a million with a trailer on it
When I hear Delaware I think of Wayne’s world 😂😂😂
You should do Vermont next
