I love your videos. You explain things well and have many great ideas. They’re also an inspiration and a roadmap for smaller channels like myself to want to continue and create better content to grow like your channel. Thanks again -OMG

Brilliant! So handy, and such a quick, cheap project. I love that you utilized the growing space on the sides of the crates as well, and not just the tops. A similar thingy would probably work just as well for mushrooms, strawberries, cherry tomatoes, and all kinds of things. This would be perfect if someone has problems with moles or voles and wants to grow root vegetables aboveground.

    • Marianne says:

I had vole issues. It annihilated my garden this year

Nice project for a small space but it’s not that simple to cut the wood build the frame, in apartments with drilling, sawing and tools plus not everyone can handle a saw based on physical conditions. I’m sure there’s frames that can be purchased for this project and you can set the plastic containers on . Look for small shelving units first to eliminate all that building. ❤

What a magnificent planter.. I love everything about this, especially the rollers on the completed planners.. this makes it so easy for growing veggies on a patio.. I definitely have to make one of theses for my patio. Because of severe arthritis in my knees, I have to grow my vegetables in containers. I have a huge totes ..had so many vegetables this summer still have some growing ..we have a long growing season in Alabama. Thanks so much for showing us how to build this. Your instructions were so easy.🙌🏽🙌🏽🥰🥰..

*I want to know is that plastic she lined baskets with? 😊😊😊* Sharon in SC

    • JC says:

@Connection of Lives & Interests 2020 I think so. I’ve used shade cloth with mine though. It helps with root development better. Just line the bottom only with plastic to keep some moisture for the plants.

Muchas gracias por enseñarnos, he aprendido de su genialidad 🥰. El patio de mi casa mide más o menos 3m x 3m y esto me puede funcionar. Mi intención es hacer un pequeño bosque alimentario.

I actually think I could make one of these plant towers myself. Love that you put it on casters for portability. TY for posting this video. You could sub pvc piping to make it last longer than the wooden supports.

I’ve never seen your channel before, so maybe this is how you always do it, but I really appreciate how you used older material that was just around. It shows that you don’t have to spend a lot of money to garden. Thank you for sharing!
