When you get around to using them from the freezer, are they soft and mushier? Or does not blanching them help with keeping them crisper? I know some things don’t do well being frozen. And I’m here for the blooper reels too 🙂
I do need to post bloopers. The green beans are really crunchy. Blanching does make to the beans last longer in the freezer but I think that’s what makes them mushy.
