Looking forward to seeing if your parsnips work. If they do, try roasting them. They sweeten up and caramelize nicely. But they are tricky to grow. Imho.

How often you irrigiat the pepper ?
Looks like the gas is fixed for heating. I guess the temperature goes up a couple of degrees when you start working and cools a bit overnight. Good summary, thanks to camera, audio went a bit off at one stage but all good overall. Thanks. We are in the endless summer.
