I eat oats and fruit for breakfast every day and just a normal omnivore dinner but would love to switch my lunches to plant based. enjoyed this video. Your tower garden is fascinating! I love the mountain decor!! So cozy. I share a lot on my instagram stories daily on what I eat throughout the day. Today I had a homemade spanakopita. It was tower greens, peas, artichoke hearts, pine nuts with seasoning in a clean ingredient eggroll wrap. I’m working on a video to share the recipe. I have a free recipe book at this link with a couple of ideas. Also, if you watch some of my other Youtube videos I am making food in most of them so that may give you ideas. I love a pita or lettuce wrap with chick pea “tuna” salad! I grow the dill, celery and lettuce for it. That is for sure a staple for me.
