Asteroid/Meteor Sonic Boom and 45 Seconds of Shock Waves | Cleveland Ohio 3/17/26
This Video is from the Youtube channel: “Growing Answers”.
The initial sonic boom and 45 seconds of successive shock-waves from the asteroid/meteor over northern Ohio on 3/17/26. The meteor in the thumbnail is from another one of my captures. Its just there to draw attention to the context of the video although it is similar. This clip was pulled from my system that uses an external dedicated mic. It's recommended to wear headphones or earbuds for this. You can turn the volume all the way up.
I was outside during this. It was nothing like thunder or fireworks. It was more like someone dropped an A-bomb along with the launch of a Space-X rocket. I have another mounted camera that shook a little and another camera could see the neighbors windows shake across the street. And that happened in a 10's of miles radius.

For those who have followed my meteor captures, unfortunately my meteor cam system was down during this event. This tends to be a common theme in my life (having the means to capture once-in-a-lifetime events but something goes wrong).
