    SEPERATE FROM THE 👑 CROWN ! 💯👹

  • @RogueSpear17 says:

Curtis, if you ever have a round table on this topic, I would certainly appreciate being part of that conversation. What Bruce created is a constitutional skeleton, there’s still a few practical issues to resolve to make such a constitution actually acceptable to the people. Since this is an attempt to invert a corrupt system there’s need for a transition period and some guide sticks. Trust systems would be a helpful tool when it comes to transferring government property into the private. Also one positive right needs to be very clear, from that right all other rights flow, that would be the right to property.

  • @AndrewLemon-k2f says:

For those in Canada still interesting in voting politicians into office, I would put forward the suggestion that the “winners” of the votes are the ones “hired” into the position with all the obligations. If they don’t perform they get fired. None of this 4 year term stuff where no one can remove them from power until the next election.

    • @wandalee6951 says:

Canada Inc is defacto. The people have a lawful right to draft their draft and ratify their own constitution and govern themselves.

    • @TruthisIAM says:

@wandalee6951 My question then is HOW?

    • @nelsonwindsor2783 says:

Absolutely, and it has everything to do with the fact that democracy as we know it, is just an illusion. You hear politicians say all the time, ” If you don’t like it, too bad so sad. You voted for it”. And they aren’t wrong, because they made an oath to serve their respective corporations. Which, is exactly what they are doing. – The only thing that an election does, is indicate how close they are or aren’t to a revolt and/or public stoning.

  • @deborahfuller8203 says:

More, more, and more please. I want these kind of conversations ❤🇨🇦

  • @ruckinehround6965 says:

This was a great conversation….I’m so glad to have Bruce be a part of formatting a new independent Alberta constitution…… the term we must start from nothing, a blank slate. I love the idea of a small government with control by the people. Thank you Curtis .

  • @SazachaNancySktghaxeeahw-rp5gd says:

I’ve known Bruce a long time YES to his ideas toss the riff raff

  • @annakrowchuk5612 says:

Great conversation!! Thank you both! ☀️🙏🏼💕

  • @NoName-zc8pv says:

This was the most refreshing thing I’ve heard in years. Thank you

  • @joycehaines2055 says:

Needed to listen to it more than once to soak in all the truths.

  • @Liz-r5j says:

I’d like to see some discussion on how Canada was usurped by Mackenzie King by forging the Letters Patent for Lord Alexander without the authority of George VI. This means Canadians have been manipulated by totalitarians since 1947 yet no knows about it. Then when you bring it up you’re immediately silenced.

  • @wandalee6951 says:

The people must ratify the constitution, not men in suits. Lysander Spooner-“On Government and Consent:
“A man is no less a slave because he is allowed to choose a new master once in a term of years.”
“Government is in reality established by the few; and these few assume the consent of all the rest, without any such consent being actually given.”

  • @mute7116 says:

“But whether the Constitution really be one thing, or another, this much is certain – that it has either authorized such a government as we have had, or has been powerless to prevent it. In either case it is unfit to exist.”
    ~ Spooner

  • @angryscotian6701 says:

You don’t give power to judges to make decisions. The power of decisions must be juries. Civil charges and Criminal charges are completely different venues.

  • @angryscotian6701 says:

Canada is NOT a democracy. As Democracy is based on the consent of the governed. Here we have no basis of consent of the governed that is lawful.

  • @THEIndieMediaEastcoast says:

Finding out there are NO property rights in the Constitution was the final straw for me.

    • @robyn7165 says:

Oh but there are, they come from the English common law, the charter did not include them therefore can’t be overridden by s. 1. Senators must own freehold land, trespass acts ect prove property rights exist and always have. Every act states a warrant must be obtained furthering this.

      S. 92 property and civil rights can not be interpreted to mean removing those rights, otherwise the constitution no longer serves it purpose. Poor judicial opinions have expanded government power under the constitution to no ends, most is done by constitutional convention not law or the constitution.

Premiers, crime sinister and political parties are just a couple of instances of constitutional conventions.

  • @jeffmenard5955 says:

How do you deal with Global Corporations influencing the state & lives of citizens?

    • @macmillengb says:

Since people are only in office for up to 6 years, there’s not much incentive for the corporations to try to influence public sector, also the people that do go in will generally be of a higher moral character then what we have today.

  • @northcountryfisherman8507 says:

Love to see we still have decent people here.

  • @RyanPrin says:

YES PLEASE! Continue this awesome conversation! This is informational gold, thank you Curtis and Bruce! Keep doing what you are doing!
