  • @cutsomewoodbashsomemetalmakeso says:

was it one of your hives that swarmed?

    • @mikecresswell6971 says:

I reckon… being located so close to the other hives.
Hopefully you can convince them to stay 🤙

  • @kevinkc3onohelijeepworld says:

Oh man all that work. When I watch the guys down south catch swarms they use old comb coated in wax and 9/10 they will stay. Good luck 🍀

  • @jamesspencer7421 says:

What’s the plant on the right side of the frame @5:25 ?

  • @ishdelgado1114 says:

You can now make some honey ale, also …… 😊

  • @UncannySense says:

I’m seeing very few bees since the varoa mite was locally discovered a few months ago in my local area post code 4552

  • @35813 says:

    What a buzz!

  • @bikestobeaches5423 says:

Bugger. You will have to let us know if you relocate them

  • @Feulner says:

Hoocho, this is so fraking amazing. Shame the Pokeball wouldn’t lock, but such a great process you shared with us!! Thank you as always

  • @TipToeTomato says:

    Great effort and execution

  • @bobsieschannel says:

Well get your walking shoes on mate go searching lololol

  • @neroz82 says:

Bees finding the entrance as a timelapse would be cool.

  • @GeoffLynch-h1x says:

Great video. With the size of the swarm, do you think they might have needed more room? Possibly another super? My experience with bees is they are very good at estimating nectar flow and storage capacity. Keep up the good work.

  • @KerryEvans-x7b says:

Great watch Hoocho, was just as excited as you.

  • @randallhesse5011 says:

Quick, get them some beta glucan (1,3 – 1,6) type.

  • @TheHydroProject says:

Very exciting to see! Bugger that they took off.

  • @barcaisbest10 says:

Thanks for sharing! Pokémon reference from hoocho gotta be the highlight of the year! Surely! The way the swarm fell into the box was so satisfying… bummer they didn’t not stick around
